Most workouts take 5–15 minutes, depending on your intensity. Hedball is designed for short, effective sessions you can do at home, at the gym, or outdoors. Even a few minutes of consistent training builds noticeable improvements in speed, coordination, and cardio.

You can use Hedball with or without the app. The ball alone gives you a great workout, but the Hedball app adds tracking, progress stats, daily goals, and guided routines to help you improve faster.
